At Element Wellness, we do our best to bring you the absolute best Biohacks we can find.  We know that you came here to feel better, not worse!  So we strive to keep only the highest standards of safety for all of our products.  While other sellers may just be promoting the flavor of the month or something that benefits them financially, we aim to provide you with only the highest quality products.  We also offer a 30 day return window in most of our products.  Next, our customer service is always just a phone call, text or email away.  We usually respond the same day or within 24 hours at the latest.  We provide training for all of our products and aim set you up for success with training videos, manuals, phone and zoom training if necessary.  We look forward to helping you and your family live a healthier life.  We also thank you for your business and always welcome feedback on how to serve you better!

 

Do you charge sales tax?
Only customers residing in the state of Texas will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside Texas will not be charged sales tax.

When will my order ship?
We try our best to get your orders shipped within 24-48 hrs of receiving them, however, in some circumstances we are unable to do so.  The shipping times listed on our products are estimations and subject to availability.  Expedited shipping options may be available but are not guaranteed.  However, we are always available via phone or email to update you on your status.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally.  However, we will need to create a custom quote for your shipment. 


Is there a warranty?
Yes. All of our products come with an original manufacturer’s warranty.


Do you accept returns?

Most of of our products qualify for a return.  However, please view our Return Policy page or product page for more details.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

In the event you would like to cancel an order, please call us immediately to avoid any potential fees.  If we can cancel it before we actually place our order, we can refund you 100%.  If we cancel after we have placed the order, the order will be subject to a payment processing fee.  If the item has already shipped, it may also be subject to shipping and restocking fees.  Also, not all orders are eligible for cancellation.
